Every new account starts free. Subscribe whenever you're ready for unlimited use. Prices are per month and include VAT.
Free
R0 / month
Every new account gets the full system, free, for the first 14 days, the same as Pro, to see what it's all about. After that it settles down to Basic-level features. Either way, free accounts are capped at 12 invoices and quotes in total.
Basic
R49 / month
Everything you need to send the job out: unlimited invoices and quotes, saved clients, your price list and your own invoice template, with a simple history to view or resend them. Ideal if all you want is to write up a job and send it, without taking on any other financial admin.
Pro
R79 / month
The full financial package: everything in Basic, plus payment tracking, statements with an age analysis, reports on your whole year, VAT added up as you go, an export for your bookkeeper, and bulk invoicing for a group you bill the same way every time.
What else to know
- The first time you subscribe to a paid plan, your card is not charged for the first 14 days. It is a one-time benefit for first-time subscribers, not a trial you can restart by cancelling and subscribing again.
- Billing is monthly through PayFast, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling does not forfeit days you have already paid for: your plan keeps running until the date it is paid up to.
- Prices can change from time to time. We will not change what you are already being charged without telling you first.
